Without a conscious commitment to a different, a more sustainable, ideally regenerative way of living, I would call it a ‘cultural revolution’, if the term didn’t carry such negative connotations, the transformation of our economies and renewal of our democracies and societies won’t happen.
 The Belfast Lecture on Compassion, co-convened by Chérie Driver and Frank Liddy, was delivered outside City Hall on 15 October 2022.
