The MotF is a collection of conceptual, physical and virtual spaces, organised around political impulses, and the work the engagement with these impulses generates. It could be located in a single location (a gallery, a museum, a warehouse, etc), multiple locations in a single area (a city or region), or indeed in multiple areas and locations around Europe and around the world.
Much of this depends on the number of people taking part as well as on the nature of work contributed. Whilst there won't be (cannot be) centralised funding for individual contributions, it may well be possible to attract some money to fund the documentation of the project as a whole. There is also the possibility that participating venues provide some funding or sponsorship in kind (marketing support etc).
