​I Am Here (2015) has been conceived in response to the 2015 refugee crisis. The initiative works with Syrian refugees and the people they left behind, making visible the ruptures and fissures forced migration causes.

I Am Here is both an art project and a campaign. Our objective is to empower and unite. We are all here. Together.

The project has ended. ​We are no longer looking for people to participate. Thank you everyone who helped to make this happen.

Building on the momentum this initiative generated, and with the Democracy School's help, the group thus established went on launching the ICR Development Process with the aim of establishing an International Committee of Refugees.
